Andy Perdue

Andy Perdue is the System Director of Facilities Operations for UC Health, where he oversees a broad range of critical functions, including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Clinical Engineering, Central Services, the Service Response Center, Environment of Care, Valet, and Grounds. In this role, he manages four inpatient campuses, 65 outpatient locations, a Level 1 adult trauma center, and an operating budget of $75 million, along with a $30 million capital budget annually. Andy also oversees 1,121 licensed beds across 4.5 million square feet of space.

With extensive expertise in facilities management and financial stewardship, Andy has been instrumental in strengthening the facilitiesteam and infrastructure to support UC Health’s strategic objectives. As the Chief Safety Officer, he is deeply committed to collaborating with teams to drive innovative solutions.

Andy earned his master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree from Morehead StateUniversity. His passion for buildings and facility management began at a young age, and he is grateful to pursue it as his career.

Residing in West Chester, Ohio, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years, their 13-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his children’s sports activities. When not shuttling them to games and practices, Andy enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with his family.

Yan Nasilevich

Yan Nasilevich has been employed with The Christ Hospital since 2019. As a Senior Staff Engineer, he leads projects from start to finish including renovations and new construction. Prior to joining The Christ Hospital, Yan was a Senior Project Manager at Elevar Design Group where he led many notable projects throughout the city. His education includes degrees from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning with a Masters of Architecture and Bachelors of Science in Architecture. He is also currently enrolled at Northern Kentucky University persuing a Master’s of Business Administration. Yan is a registered Architect in the State of Ohio, and also holds LEED AP certification. In his free time, Yan volunteers his time with JDRF and the Cincinnati Zoo.

Bryan Beischel

Bryan Beischel is a Project Manager/ Estimator for R.J. Beischel Building Co.  Bryan is a clear communicator and problem solver with a proven history to delivering exceptional results.  He manages the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for projects.  In this role, he works closely with all project stakeholders through each phase of construction to ensure alignment of all project roles. 

As an ASHE Health Care Construction and Infection Control Risk Assessment 8-hour trained professional, Bryan plays an integral role in proactively identifying and mitigating construction risks for R.J. Beischel Building Co.’s healthcare clients.  Outside of healthcare Bryan has served the Industry as a past Adjunct Professor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College department of Civil Engineering Technology – Construction Management, and is currently active in the Spirit of Construction Emerging Leaders and Spirit of Construction Endowment Committees. 

Bryan, his wife and three children reside in Wyoming, OH spending most of his free time at a swimming pool attending his children’s practices or meets with the Cincinnati Marlins where Bryan is also an active Board Member. 



Tyler Nelson

Tyler Nelson currently serves as the Director of Operations at Complete Structural Partners General Contracting (CSP). Tyler is responsible for creating and implementing policies that ensure all projects exemplify CSP’s highest standards of quality, integrity and professionalism. Tyler is involved in projects from pre-construction to final punch list, ensuring oversight and accountability throughout the client experience.  

With the certification as a Certified Healthcare Constructor from the AHA through ASHE, Tyler brings expertise to every healthcare project ensuring compliance with all policies concerning infection control, life safety, and best industry practices. This expertise also brings productive problem solving and proactive communication with all stakeholders and team members.

Tyler possesses a strong portfolio of experience in a variety of sectors in new construction, tenant improvement and renovations. This well-rounded experience is brought to bear within the healthcare sector where Tyler finds his passion.

Outside of CSP, Tyler is a proud husband and father to three young children. He is active in his community and volunteers at his local church. In his free time Tyler is an avid outdoorsman.
