  The tour will cover the Master Facility Plan and the Tower Project:

  TriHealth - Good Samaritan Hospital MFP: This $240M multiple phased Master Facility Plan includes a new 700 Parking Stall Garage, demolition of an existing nine story parking garage, a 198K sq ft Tower Expansion, and 63K sq ft of renovation to the existing healthcare facility. This 10-year project will include a new Oxygen Farm, Emergency Department, Cancer and Blood Institute, Central Sterile Processing, OR Rooms, Pre-Post bays, PACU, Mechanical Floor, Imaging, and Cardiac Testing. 

  TriHealth - Good Samaritan Hospital Tower Project: Construction of a new six-story Tower (Core/Shell), Fit-out of Levels 01-TCBI, Level 2.5-CSP, Level 4-ORs, and Level 05-Mechanical Floor.  This multi-phased project also includes the demolition and renovation of space on Level 04 located inside the A-E Tower which will house the Pre-Post area for the new Operating Rooms.  Currently, TCBI and CSP are located on in the Existing 4th Floor A-E Tower. Phase 01 turn over will consist of Level 01-TCBI, Level 2.5-CSP, and all Core/Shell/Sitework which is required to activate the space late 2026. Following the activation of Level 01-TCBI and Level 2.5-CSP, demolition of the existing department areas in A-E will begin with a completion turn over date of Phase 02 Mid-2027.
